
We all know that agging voice in the back of our heads constantly getting on us about the things we need to do for ourselves, “Get up out of bed and go shower,” Don’t eat to much” “Do something else on the weekends besides Netflix and door dash”, There are plenty of things that I know I need to fix with myself. daily the challenge is actually completing the task creating a task can become very hard to do inregards to the first step. This initial step is critical for how the task you are trying to complete will actually go.
This whole time I have been talking about the process to get the task and I haven’t yet tried to accomplish it. This is where we have to face GROWTH CHALLENGES.
Our daily Routines ties very close into our priorities, out daily routine can either pull us towards our growth or away from out growth. getting up in the morning and turning on Instagram, or Tik Tok. before even smiling or making sure you feel okay first. this is out biggest distraction from our goals. People do not realize how much we spend time on our phone. more then half the day at least. That’s a third of our life already gone.

This leads into my next topic of Old Habits, This is essential in growth, we can’t use a old broken part for a new car, This means the same thing in starting or creating something in our life for ourselves. When we want something different, better, or new in our life we have to position ourselves to receive what it is we are asking for. we can’t expect to catch the ice cream truck laying down on the couch right? then we can’t expect old habits to lead us to our new goals. This is the hardest part in this growth process breaking the old to allow the new to enter. This process will be make or break into your new step, without accomplishing his you cannot and will not move forward. the point is to break old habits first to make room for the new.
lastly making a difference with creating what you want for yourself will be bringing this all together, make sure the difference you have in mind from before is meant for your growth, after all we wouldn’t want to work to go right back to where we started. make the difference at the end impact your whole growth process so it is set in stone.
The main idea is Daily Routine, Old Habits, and Making a difference. This is all we need for successful growth.
