Once you recognize your accomplishments, start asking yourself how you can incorporate your new desired habits into your daily life. Many of us stick to a strict schedule. It is because of kids, a demanding job, or obligations that just can’t be missed.

theses are the times when keeping ourselves in in a good mental is crucial. Remind yourself of that list you created. Even if you haven’t gotten to it yet, it shows you are on a path of self-reflection. Many have a hard time doing this.

Pushing ahead in moments of self-doubt is the hardest. But it is the most rewarding. In these moments, stop yourself right in the middle of that thought. Ask yourself, am I the one thinking this, or is this a thought of doubt that I didn’t produce? When we face many mental challenges, it becomes difficult to tell our voices apart from the enemy’s voice.

We are very hard on ourselves in these moments. We are so used to self doubt. We do not know how to treat or show ourselves anything different. self positive us key. make sure you are filling your mind with positive things weather you are scrolling, or listening. make sure it is positive because our bodies and brains show this response.

we need to make sure we are feeding and filling our mind for the sake of ourselves and our health. Health is something that comes second nature to those who are so use of taking care of others. We are all capable of doing more. We just need to push ourselves out of our comfort zone. Many people have trouble doing this.

Once you take yourself out of the norm and go the extra mile, the reward will come. This is when you start to see results.
