Overwhelming Emotions

Lately i have been feeling super overwhelmed with my emotions. I feel like i can’t catch a break and I can’t escape this feeling of heaviness of the unknown. I feel like so much has happened it has hardened my spirit, and I feel like the negative is never ending. As i am typing this I Googled “Having a heavy spirit” the definition it gave me in translation is “despair, broken hearts, sorrow or discouragement” and to be honest, i couldn’t say it better myself. Having a heavy spirit means feeling emotionally burdened. When things happen that goes unresolved it begins to fester inside. I find myself forgetting about it until i walk in a room and something instantly reminds of something that happens i then become irritated and triggered unknowingly

Feeling weighed down can also be a result of Grief and anxiety. Dealing with this I can be the first to say I struggle with anxiety so bad and i feel like after something happens or even before something occurs, it’s the end of the world and i get super worried or i feel like things will end badly so i avoid pretty much everything at this point including people. In re4ality i can sit here as i type this and say I know this is not good. so, what is the solution?

MAN has failed me. not a man I mean mankind. this is all of our first time on this earth and when things take place that we need help with, we automatically go to our close friends or closest family members for help which most people can do. but what happens when you feel like there is something more you are needing that is spiritual and supernatural that we know only God can do? The answer is, this is going to be something that is deeper and something that no one but yourself and God will be able to give advice on

I feel like we are taught in this life to depend and rely on ourselves far too much to the point we wouldn’t know how to take the help if and when it’s in front of us. Many of us feel like we’re not good enough, we feel like it may take too long. or we don’t even believe it could really happen. I think we need to normalize fighting the strongholds in our minds with bible verses I will leave us all with 7 Bible versus for having a heavy spirit

  3. We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; 2 Corinthians 4:8
  4. The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, Revelation 1:1
  5. For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Romans 14:17
